Great company to use as a “One Stop Shop” they accommodate all your requests, therefore eliminates you ringing around when you are time poor. Ash, takes care of the booking and times with you and communicates. Mike and Max very professional gardeners who are organised and work well together. 2.5 stars because I feel like they did an average job for the price we paid. We wanted to get the fascia on our roof fixed as the wood at the corners was rotten and unsightly. We received a couple of quotes from different companies but unfortunately they all had different solutions so could not make comparisons. We went with BPM who said they would replace all the wood. Communication was difficult and there were a few delays because of it. Once we finally got them booked in they arrived on schedule. The tradies removed almost all the wood and replaced and painted it. They didn't do one section (where the power comes in) because apparently it would have taken a month to book in the power disconnection even though BPM knew this would be an issue a couple months in advance. The tradies took away the old wood without asking if I had wanted to keep it. Which would have been fine except I might have been able to sell it and I wasn't quick enough to ask them to leave it before it was gone. Not sure what they did with it, if they sold it or used it for other jobs... After they finished the left a bit of a mess, with paint on the lawn, and old rusty nails scattered about. Most of their work was fine except some gaps had not been filled in and I had to get on the roof and fill them in with silicone before the rain.

Dear Management- Contractors and Staff, My name is Garry Sea and I recently had a total exterior home renovation completed by your company at 19 Curnow Street Golden Square. As I didn’t get the opportunity to contact each individual worker etc. prior to the completion of this project, I just wanted to let your company know how absolutely delighted, both my brother and I are, with the finished product. From the very start, right through to the completion, everyone, from the office staff to the onsite workers from BPM, have been fantastic to deal with. Your company’s professionalism and total care for detail throughout was absolutely amazing.
